I received a DUI last December. Once in the system , I received dozens of letters, testimonials, and resumes from attorneys soliciting my business, to represent me in court for my case. I chose Ingrid based on her experience and background. That was a Huge and Costly Mistake. Once Ingrid took my ...money, she became next to impossible to reach. Every time I called her office her subordinates would screen my call and gave me a myriad of excuses why Ingrid wasn't available to talk to me. When I did finally talk to her she was very condescending and provided little incite to what the next step(s) would be. The outcome was terrible, and I have to believe it would have been different with better representation. This was my first and last experience with this type of thing. I was relying on my attorney to keep me apprised of what to expect. Lesson learned!

9 months into my case she decided to not represent me after I gave her $4,700. I now have to hire a new attorney and start over because she kept filing motions for continuances and did no work on my case. She never transferred me into Veterans Court and I thought I was there based on what she told me... (I’m a disabled Army veteran). She refuses to refund any of my money and is a liar and a thief, not to mention a spoiled rotten little brat. Go back to traffic court.

There is so much I can say about Ingrid and how she helped us through our journey to obtain custody of my son. The process was very long and frustrating at times, but Ingrid kept us motivated and on task with where we needed to be every step of the way. Any questions we had she welcomed open communic...ation and made it very easy to communicate with her. She is hands down the best lawyer I know, I would not trust anyone else with my personal legal matters. Our son is now safe at home with us the majority of the time and sees his mom according the the court order guidelines.
