My husband was severely injured on the job in 2004. I worked very hard for 4 years on my own to compile all the documentation needed to settle the claim, but when I tried to negotiate the settlement with the attorney for the insurance company I hit a brick wall. They treated me as if I had no... knowledge of the law or my husband's legal rights as an injured employee. That is when we hired Brian.
