I am thankful that I chose the Peskind Law Firm to represent me during an incredibly difficult life transition. This law firm put several of my anxieties about my divorce at ease and made the process as simple for me as possible. They did this by always being very timely in all of their communications and court requirements. When I first met with him he was impressive and led me to believe that he would be focused on my case. However, after several months I realized that his statements to me during our initial meeting were just a sales pitch and that his actual services were very poor. When I spoke to him during the ca...se it was clear that he did not know the facts of my case and that he was trying to "fake" as though he did, his work product was poor and he misled me about what actually occurred in Court. I ended up having to retain new counsel. Whatever you do, don't hire this guy!!!!!

I highly recommend Mr. Peskind's representation to anyone facing challenging divorce proceedings. Mr. Peskind is a no nonsense and extremely knowledgeable attorney. His representation was welcomed after my unfortunate need to return to the legal process post completion of a lengthy divorce. In a pare...nting situation where the ability to co-parent with an ex-spouse simply does not exist, he was able to maintain focus on the true best interests of the child and was diligent in working toward achieving the desired end result. In situations such as this and the foreshadowing of issues to come, he will undoubtedly be my first choice.

I was not a particularly easy client as I live out of state and am skeptical of attorney's in general let alone ones I did not get to meet personally. Steven Peskind and Edward Milas are smart, were engaging and they were thorough but most importantly they won my case through winning a subject matter... jurisdiction judgment in my favor.
