I'm a truck driver. Two years ago I broke my leg at a gas station. I simple fell down in a pit near the pump. First I didn't pay much attention to it, I wanted to get gas as soon as possible, and leave. But my leg hurt a lot and it started to swallow. That let not to rush to getting back to work and recover completely. I also got financial compensation from the gas station.
