For more than a decade, Mr. Feldman has been providing professional services to sophisticated clients at some of the largest accounting and law firms and through Lexern Law Group, which he founded in 2010. Mr. Feldman earned his Bachelor of Business Administration, summa cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1998 and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Marquette University Law School in 2005. Mr. Feldman is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Wisconsin and Illinois State Bar Associations.

Mr. Feldman is licensed to practice in Illinois and Wisconsin. He is admitted to practice before the Northern District of Illinois, Central District of Illinois, Eastern District of Wisconsin, Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
