Thank You. Attorney Harwick handles a lot of different types of criminal misdemeanors. For example, this case was not a dui

Dropped

Drew made sure that he was there each step of the way. If he couldn't be there because of a case conflict he made sure to have someone there on time. He fought a strong case and made sure to not take no for an answer. For the price he charges, you will NOT be disappointed. Every charge DROPPED!

This was a dui case in Chicagoland. Thru assertiveness, my good reputation in the court system among other attorneys, and attention to detail, all charges were dropped on the day of trial, and the client got off on a dui scott free!! Note: As the client's name is not mentioned, and Attorney Harwick practices in over six counties in Chicagoland, this comment should be non-specific enough to fall within the Illinois rules of ethics.

Great service

I loved the fact that Drew was straight to the fact and didn't make any false promises. He let me know exactly what I was facing and what he could do to help me.

On this case in Chicagoland, the Defendant was charged with driving on a revoked license. Often that is not that serious, but in this case it was more serious because it was revoked because of a Dui. Nonetheless, the Defendant got no jail time, got independent community service (which is a lot better than swap) and a small fine. Please note that, depending on the case, a motion to suppress based on no grounds to stop is appropriate. That type of motion can get the whole case thrown out if you win, and if you lose, there is no penalty. Attorney Drew Harwick has written proof of winning those types of motions in all six counties that he practices in (Will, Cook, DuPage, Lake, Kane and Mchenry Counties. Note: There is no extra charge for preparing these types of motion. There is also no extra charge for having this type of motion heard before a judge. Note: As the clients name is not mentioned, and as Attorney Drew Harwick works in over six counties, this comment should be vague enough to fall withing the ethics standards of Illinois

Thank you!

Drew Harwick helped me out with my reckless driving case for under $1,000. He was very easy to talk to, has explained all of my options clearly and did an amazing job representing me in court. Affordable, great lawyer. Thank you!

yes, I am an affordable experienced attorney. For example, sometimes, for a dui or criminal misdemeanor, I will charge just $250 for the first court appearance. For the second court appearance, it may be just $250.00, also. Then, for the third court appearance, the fee always drops to $180.00 (Assuming there is a third court appearance. Please note there is no extra charge for technical motions or trials. I charge the above flat fees. Sometimes, I will charge $300.00 to start, or $350.00 to start, or even a little higher. It depends on how busy my business is at the time as well as other factors. In this case, it was a dui and it was reduced to a reckless driving. The judge complimented me for good work. Please note, that as the name of the person who wrote this review is not mentioned, and as I work in over six counties, it should be acceptable under the Illinois rules of ethics to state what is stated in this comment

Great guy

Great attorney for price. Listens, quick responder. Got me reduced to reckless driving. Was double limit. Willing to work with you and always on time.

When a Defendant has "double limit", it is more difficult to get the charge reduced to reckless driving. There are a lot of advantages to reckless driving. Call me and I will let you know what they are. If an attorney has a good reputation, as well as a well drafted mitigation letter to the supervisory attorney, the chances of getting a dui charge reduced to a lesser charge, such as reckless driving, increase.
