(There is a free phone consultation. At certain times, I will waive or lower the already low personal initial consultation fee at my office, or any of my three offices). Law Offices of Drew Harwick. My firm has three offices, one in Schaumburg, one in Oak Brook, and the third in downtown Chicago. Attorney Harwick practices in Chicago, Cook County, DuPage County, Lake County, McHenry County, Kane County and Will County. Attorney Drew Harwick also will occasionally go to court as far away as DeKalb County, Kendall County, Olge County, Rockford, Belvidere, Kankanee and other far away counties, always in Illinois.
My firm has an A+ rating from the Better Buiness Bureau. (and all five star reviews with the Better Business Bureau).
For traffic my prices are as low as $175.00. For divorces, dui and battery, my prices are as low as $300.00. As far as agreed divorces, it can be argued that I am the lowest priced attorney in the Chicago Metropolitan area. For example, an agreed divorce may be as low as $550 "out the door"
It is important in Dui cases to have an experienced attorney. Attorney Harwick has 20 years experience and has done jury trials. Attorney Drew Harwick will gladly show you written proof of wins in dui cases. Attorney Harwick wins dui cases thru trials and/or thru technical motions. Attorney Harwick has saved many clients's drivers license from being suspended. Attorney Drew Harwick handles first time dui, second time dui, third time dui and felony dui. Domestic Battery cases are easy to win under certain fact patterns.
Attorney Harwick also handles child support, child custody, contested divorces, orders of protection, other criminal misdemeanors, some felonies, auto accident defense, landlord-tenant, traffic, foreclosure defense and name changes.
Please note that as to dui and criminal misdemeanors, Attorney Harwick's prices drop even lower after the second court appearance (assuming there is a third court appearance, it is just $180.00). Attorney Harwick is willing to work with the client to make sure the client is happy with the fees. Please note that there are no extra charges for hearings on technical motions or trials before a judge (bench trials). Often, a case can be won on a technical motion, but if you lose the motion, there is no penalty to the client. With my office, the client usually doesnt feel financial pressure to end the case early. My office has never done collection of past due or unpaid attorney fees, as my office provides a quality affordable legal service.
Please note that I have perfect scores (five stars every time) on the Chicagoland the Better Business Bureau site. (six reviews). On a site titled google plus, or G Suite, I have six perfect reviews (five stars). If a potential clients googles: "Drew Harwick Attorney Chicago" on page one, on the upper right will be a picture of me from 10 years ago, and a picture of the outside of my Schaumburg office..
Please note that the main picture on my main website is 10 years old. My main website is www.talentedbarrister.com A more recent picture can be seen of me when you go to the google search engine and type in "Drew Harwick Attorney Chicago". Go to page one, the upper right of the page, and scroll down to close to the bottom of that page. There, there will usually be a picture of me in a Hawaiian shirt enjoying a recent summer day in Chicagoland.
As to my offices, the Schaumburg office is tall and enchanting, with free parking. Please note that I have had good fortune in Lake County on dui, criminal misdemeanor's and agreed divorces. Clients often come to the Schaumburg office, which is pretty close to Lake County. I have also had good fortune in McHenry County. I am familiar with all the court houses in the six counties that I work in. I know which court houses or counties are the toughest on dui and criminal misdemeanor. Also, I know which counties or court houses are the easiest on dui and criminal misdemeanor. Please contact me if for no other reason than to let me inform you if the court house you are going to is a tough court house or an easy court house. I know the answer for the counties of Cook (six main misdemeanor courts, each and every one), DuPage, Kane, McHenry, Lake, Will and DeKalb.
Please note that I have done dui, criminal misdemeanors, agreed divorces, contested divorces, and traffic for a number of years now. I have done hundreds and hundreds of those cases all thruout those six counties, as well as other counties, over the years. (But Illinois only please).
All my reviews on dui are positive. I have over 20 reviews on dui. On this avvo site, please read the dui reviews. They go on and on, a win, for example, reduce to reckless driving, for example, charges dropped, for example, fine lowered, for example, got drivers license back, for example. They are all four star or five star. I get along well with judges, assistant State's attorneys, and court personnel. That is one of the reasons why none of my clients never go to jail.
TO MY CLIENTS, PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE
An exciting recent case was a dui trial out of Chicagoland. The States Attorney was a seasoned veteran. The judge was tough but fair. I assertively cross-examined the police officer, showing weaknesses in his testimony as well as discrepancies in the video which I had viewed in advance. The judge ruled "Not Guilty". Please check out all the positive reviews, including reviews on dui and criminal misdemeanor wins on the better business bureau site.
To see a lot of reviews about the Law Offices of Drew Harwick, go to your google search engine and type in "Drew Harwick Attorney Schaumburg". or " "Drew Harwick Attorney Cook County", or "Drew Harwick Attorney DuPage County", or "Drew Harwick Attorney Lake County", or "Drew Harwick Attorney Chicago" or "Drew Harwick Attorney Kane County"
For a more detailed and specific analysis of all the positive reviews I have, as well as other important points, as well as photos of my offices, please go to the google search engine and type in "Drew Harwick Attorney Chicago". On page one, scroll down to something like "Drew Harwick Attorney response to Defamation on internet". Click on that. It is a good article that I wrote myself. Also in said article is my discussion of a recent (2019) motion I won in Chicagoland to get the dui client's license back early. The States Attorney was experienced. The client was so happy because his drivers license would have been suspended a long time. At this point in these type of cases, the client and I can decide if decide if we want to take a reduced charge of reckless driving, or if we should do a technical motion or a trial for a win.
Also discussed in said article is how to deal with a situation where a Defendant is pulled over by a police officer because he did not have a license plate on the back of his car. There are cases that indicate that even though there may be no license plate, a motion for "no probable cause to stop" can still be won, throwing the whole case out!!
Also, did you drink one or two beers, and then, right away, drive for 10 minutes, get pulled over, and then blow a low breathylzer score at the police station, say a .081, about an hour after being pulled over? In that fact scenario, you can win your dui case on the theory that you did not have that .081 score while you are driving. Rather, the alcohol continued to build up in your system after you were pulled over. My understanding of any trial or hearing you do before a judge on a criminal case, please bring case law and statutes with you to court if you want a win.
