I would highly recommend Harvey as a lawyer. It was an absolute pleasure working with him and his wife Laine during my condo purchase. Laine is the legal assistant and she was available at all hours of the day and night, and weekends too if I had any questions, or needed something explained more thor...oughly. During the closing, Harvey took his time to explain every single document that I was signing and was very patient if I had questions. Both individuals made me feel very confident about this milestone for myself, and I will absolutely use them in the future for legal matters.

What was supposed to be a simple real estate transaction to sell and buy a home, became a nightmare as my buyers financing was messed up causing delays in closing both my sale and future dream home. They helped me navigate an incredibly stressful transaction and kept me informed every step of the wa...y as well as being sympathetic to the emotions involved and helped me get to a solution and finally closing. I am so glad I had them working nearly around the clock to keep my transactions from falling off the rails. They went above and beyond! Harvey and his law firm were amazing through our entire process of purchasing our first home. They were quick to respond to every inquiry and explain any and all documents we signed. Harvey wanted to make sure we understood everything and if we had questions, he encouraged us to ask to ensure we felt... confident in the process. I would like to write this as it pertains to the law office of Harvey Teichman LTC. If not for Mr. Teichman and the dedicated people working with him, I would never have achieved my dream of being a 1st time homeowner. The apartment building where we rented for 16 years was sold without notice and ...I found myself desperate to find a place to move into. We eventually rented a Condo unit but that went into foreclosure and once again I found myself in a desperate situation. Mr. Teichman, Laine and my real estate agent went to work for us. We found a new Condo and began the process to obtain this unit. There were quite a few "bumps" along the way but there wasn't a time that I was left in the dark. Laine's awesome communication skills kept me informed of everything that was going on. Mr. Teichman and Laine went above and beyond during this process to ensure that I knew exactly where we stood and what we needed to do. With Mr. Teichman on my side I knew that things were going to work out. If I had to contact the office with questions or concerns they were addressed at the time of the phone call and there were also email's too that let me know what was going on behind the scenes. I wasn't groping the dark wondering where I was or what was happening. As this is my first home purchase I can't tell you how much I appreciate all that Mr. Teichman and Laine did to make this happen. You can't ask for a better attorney at your side during the processes that are involved. I make sure that anyone I know who is looking to purchase a home/condo that they can contact Mr. Teichman...they won't be disappointed.
