I would like to write this as it pertains to the law office of Harvey Teichman LTC. If not for Mr. Teichman and the dedicated people working with him, I would never have achieved my dream of being a 1st time homeowner. The apartment building where we rented for 16 years was sold without notice and ...I found myself desperate to find a place to move into. We eventually rented a Condo unit but that went into foreclosure and once again I found myself in a desperate situation. Mr. Teichman, Laine and my real estate agent went to work for us. We found a new Condo and began the process to obtain this unit. There were quite a few "bumps" along the way but there wasn't a time that I was left in the dark. Laine's awesome communication skills kept me informed of everything that was going on. Mr. Teichman and Laine went above and beyond during this process to ensure that I knew exactly where we stood and what we needed to do. With Mr. Teichman on my side I knew that things were going to work out. If I had to contact the office with questions or concerns they were addressed at the time of the phone call and there were also email's too that let me know what was going on behind the scenes. I wasn't groping the dark wondering where I was or what was happening. As this is my first home purchase I can't tell you how much I appreciate all that Mr. Teichman and Laine did to make this happen. You can't ask for a better attorney at your side during the processes that are involved. I make sure that anyone I know who is looking to purchase a home/condo that they can contact Mr. Teichman...they won't be disappointed.

We are writing this review regarding the law offices of Harvey L. Teichman, LTC. We first began our professional association in May of 2013 regarding representation for a possible foreclosure. After a consultation we did not need to think about looking any further. Due to the professional and know...ledgeable demeanor we were assured that Attorney Teichmnan would represent us with our best interest in mind. His numerous years of experience and success rate added to comfort level. Over the past 3+ years he constantly kept us updated on the occurrences of the case and whenever I had to ask a question he or his wife Laine Teichman was always available and I never had to track them down. Emails got answered always immediately by Laine as well. He not only handled our case in an exceptional manner but they both take a personal interest in their clients unlike some other professionals. When we reached a major bump in the road and I was so upset about what had occurred, upon emailing him on a Friday afternoon after office hours not expecting to hear back from him until Monday, he phoned me early Saturday morning! Knowing how upset I was, he went into the office to get our file and called me to put me at ease because he didn't want me to worry about it all weekend!!!! WHO DOES THIS???? You can also be assured that if Attorney Teichman is out of the office, his wife and Legal Assistant Laine Teichman is more than capable to address any concerns that you may have. Her professionalism, knowledge and experience adds to the exceptional serve from this law firm. We will never be able to thank the both of them enough for everything that that did for us. Attorney Teichman was able to avoid a foreclosure and was able to get a Short Sale approved one week ahead of an original closing date! Everything went off without a hitch and he phoned me immediately after the short sale was finalized. We are now able to get on with our lives! Please consider hiring the law offices of Harvey L.
