I bought my Condo in early Sep'20, so I'm writing this review very late, due to my hectic schedule of working 7 days a week. I feel very fortunate as a first time home buyer to have hired this team! Most of my interactions were held with Laine, and she guided me through the whole process very pat...iently and explained the same things multiple times. She gave me some really good advices, like encouraging and guiding me to ask the bank for a lower rate than what I previously agreed upon with them, and I eventually succeeded in getting one! She was also very prompt with notifying about all the required documents, and helped me along the way in getting the extensions whenever needed. I met Harvey on the day of closing, and found him a real gentleman as well! Before that we talked over the phone, when he pointed out a few points in the contract that needed to be altered, and explained to me very nicely ad clearly how they would affect the whole transaction. The same was his attitude when we went through all the closing documents. One more thing that I would like to point out is the way they both treated me regardless of my background, as I am a recent immigrant and belong to a minority group. A lot of immigrants like me hire professionals from their respective communities to match the comfort level, but sometimes that results in a compromise with the quality of service. I am very thankful I did not bind myself, and never got a hint of being from a different background. Overall, I got the service as good as I could expect, and I would definitely and highly recommend them to everyone! God bless them both!

I would highly recommend Harvey as a lawyer. It was an absolute pleasure working with him and his wife Laine during my condo purchase. Laine is the legal assistant and she was available at all hours of the day and night, and weekends too if I had any questions, or needed something explained more thor...oughly. During the closing, Harvey took his time to explain every single document that I was signing and was very patient if I had questions. Both individuals made me feel very confident about this milestone for myself, and I will absolutely use them in the future for legal matters.

Harvey and Laine were tasked with helping us negotiate the terms of our purchase on a property, in Northern Illinois. Aside from handling the legal framework of the purchase, which Harvey and Laine were always quick to handle, Harvey answered a lot of questions that I had as a first-time property own...er (regarding the where and when about taxes, home warranty claims, etc.), putting my mind at ease.
