Harvey Lloyd Teichman

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Harvey and Laine twice over the past year, represented as both the buyer and seller (two separate transactions) of a townhouse. Not once did I ever feel out of the loop, uninformed, or not professionally taken care of. I had complete confidence that I was be...ing represented by the best! Would I recommend? I would like to write this as it pertains to the law office of Harvey Teichman LTC. If not for Mr. Teichman and the dedicated people working with him, I would never have achieved my dream of being a 1st time homeowner. The apartment building where we rented for 16 years was sold without notice and ...I found myself desperate to find a place to move into. We eventually rented a Condo unit but that went into foreclosure and once again I found myself in a desperate situation. Mr. Teichman, Laine and my real estate agent went to work for us. We found a new Condo and began the process to obtain this unit. There were quite a few "bumps" along the way but there wasn't a time that I was left in the dark. Laine's awesome communication skills kept me informed of everything that was going on. Mr. Teichman and Laine went above and beyond during this process to ensure that I knew exactly where we stood and what we needed to do. With Mr. Teichman on my side I knew that things were going to work out. If I had to contact the office with questions or concerns they were addressed at the time of the phone call and there were also email's too that let me know what was going on behind the scenes. I wasn't groping the dark wondering where I was or what was happening. As this is my first home purchase I can't tell you how much I appreciate all that Mr. Teichman and Laine did to make this happen. You can't ask for a better attorney at your side during the processes that are involved. I make sure that anyone I know who is looking to purchase a home/condo that they can contact Mr. Teichman...they won't be disappointed.
