I've bought and sold a few different properties over the years. Finding an attorney to handle the transaction is always anxiety-inducing. Other attorneys have done a good enough job, but weren't memorable enough to recommend to anybody. That's now changed with the sale of my late grandmother's hous...e. Due to the covid-19 restrictions, closing took place through the window of a car, with Alyssa on the phone. After quickly and expertly ironing out an earnest money error on the part of the lender, she patiently walked me through the signing of all documents, while explaining each beforehand. Her expertise made such an unusual situation seem routine. And her smooth coordination of seller, realtor and title company extended after closing until everything that could be done was done. I feel fortunate and grateful to have had Alyssa in my corner during the whole process.
