I couldn't be more pleased with the representation I received from Kasia in my divorce case! My divorce got needlessly messy due to the unrealistic demands of the opposing counsel and my ex, yet Kasia professionally and expertly navigated me through it all and delivered an outcome that meets my needs. Family Law

I needed an attorney to help me understand my rights as a grandparent and to guide me through the ugly process of obtaining guardianship of my grandchild. As you can imagine it's an emotional situation, Kasia was patient and kind. DCFS stepped in and did the dirty work for us and Kasia stood beside me every time we had to be in court. She helped us to obtain guardianship and to get my grandchild out of foster care. I highly recommend Kasia. She was thorough and well prepared before we walked into court. She was confident which gave me the courage to follow through. It's never easy to take a child away from their parents.

She pretty much help dismiss my case. Kasia was very detailed and explained everything to me on whats going to happen in court.. She is very confident when talking to the judge for me and help me understand the process of judicial system and what is going to happen next. I highly recommend her as a lawyer..

Great attorney!

Kasia represented me in a case and I am very satisfied with the result. Before hiring her, I consulted multiple lawyers in the region, and I got so confused as every one had a different story. Kasia is the only one who can explain the legal process in a concise and clear way while also being very sympathetic and considerate. The actual process was exactly as what she explained, and there was no surprise. I believe her prior experience as a state DA does matter significantly. In addition, the law firm staffs are also very helpful. I am very grateful that Kasia is my attorney and I can finally move on!

A Great Lawyer

I was a respondent in a Domestic Violence case. My case was complicated, and an additional obstacle for me was that English is not my primary language, so I was looking for a knowledgeable, effective and trustworthy bilingual (English -Polish speaking) attorney. Kasia Malkinski was a perfect match for me. She found a satisfactory resolution - my case was modified from no contact to yes - no offensive contact with with my wife. I was also allowed - as a defendant- to travel outside the State of Illinois before the time of the final trial. Finally my case - thanks to Kasia Malkinski - ended in a dismissal. I highly recommend Kasia's Malkinski services to anyone looking for an effective representation in court.

Kasia is sensational

I was a Respondent to a petition for an emergency order of protection. I hired Kasia to defend me against the allegations in the petition, and to ultimately get the case dismissed. She was absolutely great during the plenary hearing (which determines whether a permanent order of protection is granted). Generally speaking, she has a very strong court presence. She is fearless, articulate, and adapts very well on the fly. She systematically discredited and disproved just about every allegation in the petition through a combination of cross-examination, production of documentary evidence, and other testimony in support of my case. Her closing argument was extremely compelling and impressive. It was apparent throughout the plenary hearing that Kasia is a very gifted attorney--her legal skills are exceptional and she advocated on my behalf with remarkable and relentless zeal. In the end, the judge denied the Petitioner a permanent order of protection, and dismissed the case due to a lack of credible evidence.

No Evidence of Effort

I saw no evidence of any effort for the money I paid her. I signed a contract indicating she would see case through to completion, but just when some work was required, she dropped out. I had to hire another attorney
