Highly Recommend!!!

Michael Chapski is a true professional in every way! He is calm and in control at all times. He has truly been a pleasure to work with in my post Divorce issues. Even when the opposing side has been difficult and inflammatory, Mr. Chapski sticks to the issues at hand and works to find a resolution in... a timely manner. It is obviously his goal to seek resolutions to issues and unlike other attorney's, he truly respects his clients time and money and does not waste either! I would Highly Recommend Michael Chapski as an attorney!!

Hard working, exceptional counsel

On the advice of a friend, I retained Mike to help me with some difficult post-divorce matters. 4 weeks ago I was in a world of hurt after a very troubling 3 years. Today it is over - resolved, case dismissed, and I am on better terms with my ex than ever.

very understanding

I had the opportunity for Mr. Chapski to handle my divorce/custody case. I believe he was thorough and very communicative for me. my case was an ugly case. Mr. Chapski had to deal with a very hard to manage case. He was able to keep things calm even though the other parties were very unco-operative. ... I myself had gotten very frustrated through all of this and Mr. Chapski was quite able to keep me calm and focused. I think Mr. Chapski handled adversity like a true professional. I would like to take this time to Thank Mr. Chapski for his handling of my case in a manner of a true professional. I have to say that after enduring this, I understand why the courts have such a backlog.Mr. Chapski and I endured many obstacles and came out with our pride and dignity intact. Thanks to Mr. Chapski I can look my daughter in the eye and say" we fought a good fight".

True professional

I had a great experience with Mr Chapski. My case went through 4 Judges, 4 law firms and two GAL's. Before hiring Mr. Chapski, my case was going in circles and nothing was being settled; it was nothing but a he said, she said case. Mr. Chapski is a true pro and was instramental in turning my case ar...ound. He doesn't take things personally and he was the only attorney to keep everyone on the same page. I work with top CEO's on a regular basis who work at the biggest companies in world and I would put Mr. Chapski's ethics and morals at the top of most of the biggest business leaders I have worked with. I was lucky to have Mr. Chapski representing me. His ability to get two parties to settle who were not even close after several years in and out of court, is truly remarkable. Mr. Chapski ability to get both sides to calm down and focus on the end game was amazing. He did a great job at focusing on the true issues not the minor issues to settle my case. He could have pushed this case out another year or two but he did not. He was very concerned over the fees I was paying. I have met two attorneys who put the client's first: Jeff Rifken and Mike Chapski. I would highly recommend Mr. Chapski. He is knowledgeable, extremely thorough, thinks outside the box, is very responsive and has his client's best interests in mind. He helped me to get through a very difficult time with compassion and sensitivity.

Highly recommend Michael Chapski

Michael was recommended to me by a friend - thank goodness! I hired Michael after having had very bad luck with one other lawyer for my divorce/custody case. Michael is highly responsive, knowledgeable and keeps me informed. Of greatest importance to me during my divorce was getting custody of my chi...ldren -- I was involved in a highly contested custody battle that dealt with very sensitive issues -- Michael was very responsive when sensitive issues reagrding my children arose. I was awarded custody and thanks to Michael the Joint Parenting Agreement was entered quickly -- in spite of continuous attempts (from the other side) to delay this very important step. Michael is dependable and very human -- his goal is the best interest of his client. I have recommended Michale to others contemplating a divorce.
