After struggling with two lawyers that I had hired.one wanting to take my money and then quiting on me.the other wanting to sue her lawyer instead of doing his job and trying to get my daughter back. I've decided to do it myself couldn't trust anybody else. Two years of fake lawyers trying to help m...e and two years with me doing it myself. I couldn't fight for visitations.I was only seeing my daughter twice a month.Every time I went to court I lost. I didn't understand I had my kids since she was 2 months old till she was five. I filed for full custody because her mom failed to visit her.as soon as she got served those papers she came and took her and I couldn't do anything. Desperate struggling depressed and not knowing what else to do with my life I was to the point of just giving up now. So now to make things worse she files papers to try to move out of the state. I'm thinking to myself now it's over I lost my kid it's done. I can't do anymore. What kind of woman would do this to my kid's father after me raising my baby for five years. Sitting in court not knowing what to say or do and nobody to help me.I look up and see Justin smiling at me. He looks and tells me dude you look like you want to cry. I told Justin what's going on and he told me, i will take care of it no problem. What other lawyers couldn't do in years Justin help me and fixed everything in four months. I hired Justin to represent me with problems I had after my divorce case, I had gone to other lawyers and was thoroughly unimpressed. Let me first start out by saying I had talked to a couple different lawyers before learning about Mr. Hastings. Seems as if some lawyers just didn't really care to sit and listen to the plights of their potential clients. I was recommended to Justin by a friend who had previously worked for the pra...ctice, as well as seeing his name posted by someone else on social media. I walked into his office for the first time and he sat there and listened to me for much longer than any other lawyer I have dealt with in the past. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to retain him at any point in the initial consultation. It was his personality, genuine concern and demeanor that made me retain him. Throughout the duration of my divorce case, he was always courteous, sympathetic, and seemed to actually care. He advised me on what fights to fight and which ones just to let go. If I had a concern, he was always a phone call/email away and answered in a timely manner. I also dealt with other attorneys from his office and the entire staff is amazing. Thank you for making my nightmare divorce a bit more bearable.

HIGHLY, HIGHLY, RECOMMENDED, BEST DECISION I'VE MADE IN A LONG TIME!!! In the last few months I have had a ton of legal issues pile up on me. I had spoken to many attorneys in regards to these issues. They all wanted to take care of one thing and refer out another, or told me to come back and see the...m when I clear up something else. I met with Mr. Hastings for an initial consultation that lasted over 2 hours. Not only did he not charge me for that, but he also came up with a fantastic plan to get all my issues resolved without putting me in the poorhouse (This guy is super reasonable, and doesn't charge you for every little thing). So far he has delivered on everything he told me he would do and is fantastic with keeping me in the loop. Mr. Hastings is super sharp really knows his stuff, and really cares. He was totally understanding, nonjudgmental, fair, and best of all I could tell he did more than just hear me...he listened.
