Justin M. Hastings

I would not recommend attorney Justin Hastings. His billing was vague, inconsistent, and included charges that were not tied to meaningful progress in my case. When I disputed them, he inflated the total further by trying to add on “court costs.” Even the judge struck some of his charges as unsupport...ed. Communication and follow-through were poor, and important requests I made for my case were ignored. If you’re considering hiring him, demand detailed logs up front and compare carefully with other attorneys before making a decision.

Justin services cost way too much. He wouldn't listen to any of my concerns. I'd been better off representing myself. His results were sub-par and I don't believe I was in his best interests. Justin also said afterwards that he has a hard time working with the McHenry county courts. That if we were i...n Kane county we would of gotten the right outcome.

After struggling with two lawyers that I had hired.one wanting to take my money and then quiting on me.the other wanting to sue her lawyer instead of doing his job and trying to get my daughter back. I've decided to do it myself couldn't trust anybody else. Two years of fake lawyers trying to help m...e and two years with me doing it myself. I'm thinking to myself now it's over I lost my kid it's done. I can't do anymore. What kind of woman would do this to my kid's father after me raising my baby for five years. Sitting in court not knowing what to say or do and nobody to help me.I look up and see Justin smiling at me. He looks and tells me dude you look like you want to cry. I told Justin what's going on and he told me, i will take care of it no problem. What other lawyers couldn't do in years Justin help me and fixed everything in four months. I got way more visitations that I didn't expect and she couldn't leave the state anymore. Justin save me and help me see my kid, he is a really good friend and great lawyer. Thank you Justin
