He was one of the ten or so lawyers I consulted with before I made my selection. He ranked number 1 on my list but I didn’t end up hiring him due to some complications on my end. If I need an attorney now, he’d be my top consideration. During my consultation with him, he seemed very relaxed (as in ..."I’ve seen this before, and know what to do"), down to earth who didn’t try to sell himself of his business to me. He was sharp as he grasped what I was explaining immediately. He knew (not personally) the judge my case was assigned to and my ex’s attorney. His opinion of both was spot on. His hourly rate was very reasonable as he had an assistant and a paralegal who’d do most of the work at a lower rate. So was his retainer – one of the lowest in the area, and almost twice as low as what his ex-partner asks for. I would definitely recommend his services.
