Finally, a lawyer who cares and delivers results!
David has represented me for almost 5 years in post-decree divorce matters, and we have faced just about every allegation you can imagine involving Child Support, Custody & Visitation. I have been divorced for almost 10 years and have 3 minor children. Over the years I have had several different at...

Incompetent and dishonest
If I could give negative stars, i would. Originally the contingency of hiring DelRe was that he represent my case, not his associate Kat Allen. He assured me he would represent, which was a compete lie. The case has been ongoing for almost a year and thousands of dollars later, nothing has been accom...
We are sorry you are unhappy with our representation of you in this matter. However, our office makes it clear both in our initial consultations and in our retainer agreements that we take a team approach and many times the associates at the firm do assist me with cases as it is practical, especially with clients who are sensitive to spending attorney’s fees because the associates bill at lower hourly rates. It also made sense in your case because Ms. Allen was the attorney who resolved your case the last time you were in court so she was most familiar with the facts of your case and the parties involved. Further, on one of the hearing dates, when I was unable to be present, we explicitly asked you if you wanted to continue to court date to a date when I could be present and you declined, wanting to get the case resolved sooner rather than later. Regarding your allegation that Ms. Allen does not understand the nuances of the child support calculations, that allegation is simply untrue. There are multiple ways to calculate support, especially when the calculations are for past-due support on additional income received over your base, and multiple programs that are commonly used in the family law arena. We kept you apprised of your potential liability at every stage in the litigation and constantly reset your expectations as the calculations evolved and as received more information about your tax deductions and other numbers that affect the overall numbers of your past-due support in discovery. The bottom-line is that you did not pay any support on your additional income for three years despite the very clear court orders requiring you to do so. Yes, it is true that if you do not comply with court orders requiring you to pay child support, you are going to owe money and, yes, if you do not have a good reason for not complying with court orders, you may have to pay attorney’s fees. We did everything we could to manage your expectations and limit your exposure and potential liability, but at the end of the day, we are attorneys, not miracle workers. We cannot go back in time and change the fact that you did not pay any child support on your significant additional income for three years. We are sorry that our representation ended on a negative note. If you wish to discuss any of the above in more detail, please do not hesitate to contact our office.

Dispicable
When my husband was charged with a crime that he did not commit, we were advised by my attorney to go to Mr. Del Re. He said that although he can't guarentee it, he felt that my spouce's case was very winnable, the state's case was full of holes and inaccuracies. After obtaining the needed down payme...
