I think David did a great job. With the courts being closed due to COVID-19, it did take a little longer to get my divorced finalized but that was no one’s fault. They were able to get the soonest court date and I am happy to say that I am divorced!! Plus, I really think Courtney is the best. She alw...ays made me feel like all my questions were important and made sure I knew what was going on.

I was referred to David by another attorney (he is that well respected in the community)..best decision ever. Just finished a 4 day trial with him (post decree work) and he slaughtered opposing counsel who charges almost 50% more than him! He KILLED it! Nobody can hold a candle to David. Previously I... have worked with Beermann and Berger Shatz, 2 prestigous firms, both of which are awful! They severly over-charge for jr. attorneys and you never know who is going to court for you (whomever is available). David represents his clients 150%, is EXTREMELY familiar with the law (child support statue just changed and opposing counsel didn't even understand it). He is VERY well respected by colleagues and the judges. This is extremely important to your case. He contacts you when he needs to, doesn't over-prepare... is considerate of your dollars. His staff is great too, Courtney is a doll. DON'T EVEN THINK TWICE, HIRE DAVID FOR ALL YOUR FAMILY LAW ISSUES.

Getting a divorce is incredibly stressful and I hope I never have to go through it again. If I do, I will hire David and his team again in a heartbeat. Even though it was terribly confusing sometimes I was always able to get an answer to my questions as the process steadily ground forward. Everyon...e in the office made me feel like I wasn't alone and that they cared. When all was said and done, my divorce came to an end and I survived in better shape than I expected thanks to David and his team. Many times, people want to complain about their attorney because they either are inexperienced in how the legal process works or they had a bad case to begin with and they expected their attorney to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. I have had to use professional legal services from many attorne...ys in many states over the course of my career. I have found that if you keep the emotions out of it, your attorney can get you the best result. This includes not hammering your attorney with daily calls and emails seeking "updates". The legal process moves incredibly slow by most peoples' standards and can be frustrating for the litigants as well as their attorneys. Unfortunately, there isn't much anyone can do to make the courts go faster as they too are clogged with heavy caseloads. The point is you have to set reasonable expectations with your attorney and they need to work as efficiently and effectively to get you results without wasting your precious resources in gaining you the best possible outcome the court may allow. Nothing is ever guaranteed because you just don't know what a judge or jury will determine. It's how the system works. Mr. Del Re did a great job for me. He and his staff kept me updated throughout the proceedings...he filed motions that moved my case along expediently...he was able to negotiate with opposing counsel to save precious time and dollars in litigating my case.
