Made selling our house easy!

We were referred to Ted by our realtor when selling our home, and his services were thorough, prompt and comprehensive. His Legal Assistant Angie was most helpful, following up on our questions and helping us to deal with the requirements of our town and county. The sale and closing went very smoothly, despite having taken place during the Corona Virus Pandemic!

Seemless and organized

Fastastic Service

We currently reside in WI and were purchasing a property in IL. We were at a loss with what requirements and procedures were in IL when making a real estate purchase. I contacted Atty Bond via the "chat" feature available on their website and he called me the very next day. He was very reassuring that everything would be handled within deadlines and all would be well. He and his assistant, Lori, did not disappoint! Emails and phone calls were answered quickly and professionally. Very knowledgeable. They worked with the seller's attorney and the townhome association and brought the transaction to a successful close. Fantastic service!

Mr. Bond represented me as the seller of a home. He and Lori proved to be highly knowledgeable and their follow-through was fantastic. My particular sale was a bit involved (to say the least) and there were many issues but they were able to resolve everything and communicated with the buyer's attorney to bring the transaction to a successful closing. Mr. Bond also handled some other legal issues for me separate from the house sale. These matters were also handled in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend Mr. Bond and would definitely use this firm for any other legal matters.

Solid Advice; Good Service

Ted has represented our financial institution for a number of years in litigation and real estate matters. Phenomenal

I met Ted many years ago. He was on the other side of the table. The way he handled his client was solid and I was sold. Ted has been and will continue to handle all our legal needs both personally and professionally. He is an exceptional advocate and our business issues are in good hands with him. In business, there are constant legal issues to deal with in one state or another. That being said, we have never had to go outside his expertise for other legal counsel. He is simply phenomenal.

Highly Recommend

Ted Bond has been my business and personal attorney for 18 years. I've used him to close on real estate, to make acquisitions, to assist in collecting outstanding debts, and in most all manners of conducting business. As my business has grown I have rarely found a need for another council. Being a multi-state business he has also aided in transactions filed in other states and done so without issue. As my business has expanded over the years Ted has been a great ally and resource. He is a man of tact, confidence and integrity. One of the reasons I highly recommend Ted is that he is great at listening and thus understanding my needs. His prices are also fair and the billing is consistent, I don't feel gauged when I open his invoice. I highly recommend Ted Bond.
