Outstanding Experience

I worked with Zisl Edelson to formulate a new and updated will. She was sensitive, compassionate and wonderful to work with-as well as intelligent and educational. She gently made suggestions for wording any bequests to my children in kinder ways to avoid any implied favoritism. I really appreciated ...her input which we implemented in the document. The end result was professional and easy to understand. The pain of losing a mother is difficult enough without a child feeling any guilt regarding anything remaining from her lifetime. I appreciate the time and effort she gave me to gather information and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Zisl Edelson helped our family through a big crises, when our father, who was suffering from a debilitating illness, fell and broke his hip. She helped us maximize his medicare days for rehab and found him a nursing home placement, when Medicare ran out. Zisl did a great job protecting our parents'... home and making sure there was enough money to take care of mom. She handled the Medicaid application for our dad very competently, so that mom did not have to go broke paying the nursing home costs. Zisl was more than just a lawyer. Zisl really cared about our family and it showed because she was always happy to take mom's numerous phone calls and explain everything to mom, so she felt secure.
