Lee R Zeidman

I sold my home in June of 2016 and Lee Zeidman was my attorney. I couldn't be happier with the level of service I received I always think it’s important to understand the person leaving the review because “good service” to one person could be “average” (or “below average”) service to another. Abou...t me - I used to develop properties, however, now, I am an attorney in California. With that said, I have bought, developed, and sold over 20 properties in my lifetime. For these reasons, I have a deeper level of understanding of what Mr. Zeidman does and how he compares to his peers. On this particular transaction, the buyer was being difficult to say the least. At every turn, the buyer’s were trying to find reasons to reduce the sales price. It was because of Lee’s business acumen and natural negotiating talent that allowed me to stay strong on my price. It wasn’t that he gave me false sense of confidence, it was that he correctly analyzed the buyer’s (weak) position and correctly advised me on what to do. His analysis coupled with his business acumen saved me over $20,000! He understood when my position was strong, and when my position was weak, and advised me accordingly. This is something you cannot put a price tag on. Most attorneys basically act as liaison and get their money when the transaction closes, but not Lee Zeidman. Lee fought for every one of my dollars as if it was his own. When the buyer’s were trying to get credits, I could tell Lee cared, that I wasn’t just a transaction, but a real person who had real money to lose. This is not something they teach in law school, this is something you’re born with. I can say unequivocally, he is the best transitional real estate attorney I have come across in my 20+ real estate transactions over the past 10 years. He’s sharp, to the point, and very professional. He’s a no nonsense aggressive attorney who zealously advocated for me, his client. I think it’s important to note, his rates were very reasonable and were in line with other attorneys in the area.

Every divorce is difficult and unique in its own way. Anyone going through a divorce knows the anguish and emotional drain that you have to go through while you wait for what you hope to be a fair judgement. Lee was an excellent and supportive person to me during this time. He worked very hard and ke...pt an open communication with me about everything that needed to get accomplished. It was a long seven months that I had to go through to finalize my divorce, but it was nothing compared to the time i had to wait before being able to file. If I could rate Lee 10 stars, I probably would, but on a 5 point scale? He is a solid 5. Thank you, Lee for all of your hard work! Keep doing what you do.

Although it seemed like Lee had done a couple thousand of these closings, he treated us like we were his only client. He explained every detail at the closing and made sure we were given every dollar from the lender that we were entitled to. Really couldn't be happier with the result. I always hear h...orror stories of how confusing and lengthy closings are, my husband and I had a wonderful experience. We closed in less than 1.5 hours and Lee explained everything ahead of time. The best part is that the explanation he gave was exactly what happened. I found out he does a lot more than just residential closings but that he can also help with our estate planning (wills and trusts) and he said he can also help with business planning for my husbands small business. We will DEFINITEILY be using Lee in the future.
