Lee is a phenomenal attorney. The legal work for when we sold our house and bought new was handled without a flaw. I recently had a unique home buying experience. The condo association in the building was in the process of rewriting the bylaws when I put in my offer. As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what the process was or what was required from me as a buyer. Lee stepped right in and took charge of work...ing with the seller's attorneys, being the main point of contact for any communication, and always had time to answer my questions and update me on the status of the process. The seller's side of this sale was incredibly uncooperative, hard to get ahold of, and stubborn. I could not imagine Lee having to deal with a more difficult situation, but his professionalism and diligent work ethic never gave that away! He approached this frustrating deal with a smiling face, great attitude, and was able to get all necessary tasks completed on both buyer and seller side so that closing did not have to be delayed.
