I recently had a unique home buying experience. The condo association in the building was in the process of rewriting the bylaws when I put in my offer. As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what the process was or what was required from me as a buyer. Lee stepped right in and took charge of work...ing with the seller's attorneys, being the main point of contact for any communication, and always had time to answer my questions and update me on the status of the process. The seller's side of this sale was incredibly uncooperative, hard to get ahold of, and stubborn. I could not imagine Lee having to deal with a more difficult situation, but his professionalism and diligent work ethic never gave that away! He approached this frustrating deal with a smiling face, great attitude, and was able to get all necessary tasks completed on both buyer and seller side so that closing did not have to be delayed. He made what should have been a very painful experience a very pleasant one! Thank you, Lee, for making my dream into a reality!

I could not be more pleased with the quality of service that I received from Lee Zeidman. I recently purchased my second home, and the process was much smoother than I remember with my first buy. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and happily translated the lawyer lingo into layman's ...terms. He quickly established and maintained a good relationship with the seller's side, and working diligently with them to avoid any delays. Lee is very personable, approachable and has a good relationship with the courts as well as a strong professional network with other attorneys in the trade. But he is also a staunch, steadfast and passionate advocate when you are dealing with any case. He is a bull dog when confronting non-reasonable... people. Lee is no push over. When the other side tried to use coercive tactics, Lee pushed back. There were periods where I thought Lee was putting his career on the line for me as he powerfully, passionately, vigorously and non reservedly spoke up to the Court. Lee later told me that he did it because he felt that it was the right thing to do. He had to let the court know the truth no matter what. I was touched. Lee has been a dedicated counsel and friend. At times l felt bad that I had been eating into his personal time, but Lee constantly assured and still assures me that it’s okay, and he’s always available.(even when he was on vacation) I've known Lee and his family for a long time, and I would NOT go anywhere else for legal advice or legal representation.

Although it seemed like Lee had done a couple thousand of these closings, he treated us like we were his only client. He explained every detail at the closing and made sure we were given every dollar from the lender that we were entitled to. Really couldn't be happier with the result. I always hear h...orror stories of how confusing and lengthy closings are, my husband and I had a wonderful experience. We closed in less than 1.5 hours and Lee explained everything ahead of time. The best part is that the explanation he gave was exactly what happened. I found out he does a lot more than just residential closings but that he can also help with our estate planning (wills and trusts) and he said he can also help with business planning for my husbands small business. We will DEFINITEILY be using Lee in the future.

Great law practitioner! Made my chapter 7 as stress-free as possible. Reliable, concise, precise with all required documents for filing and conclusion of the case, meeting with the trustee lasted all of 2 minutes because of diligent and detailed paperwork and form/document preparation! Experienced, ...hungry, knowledgeable, answered all questions and explained every step of the process easily, very accessible via phone and email/text communication, with a get it done attitude, all the while being absolutely pleasant, with your best interest and end result in mind!
