Mr. Johns was referred to us by an acquaintance that had used him years prior...the first time I called him and left a message he called me back within a few hours (while he was on vacation) just to discuss the issue. From that moment on he continued to be responsive to my calls, he always answered a...ll of my questions thoroughly (and I had alot) and always made sure that I was comfortable with the answers. He guided us through this whole process, taking his time to explain every step, what to expect , what to do and how to prepare.
