Timothy Joseph Patrick Johns

In May of 2016, I was placed under arrest because of a registered taser in my possession, which in the state of Illinois, New York and California it is considered a firearm. After being placed under arrest, the Illinois Cook County States Attorney charged me with a felony possession of a loaded firea...rm. Once I was given a court date, I called Mr. Johns immediately to provide legal representation for my charge. My court case had gone on for a year and the states attorney did not want to budge or reduce the sentence at all, she wanted me to serve 3 years in the penitentiary which is the minimum sentence for a firearm. After Mr. Johns fighting for so long to help, we got the sentence reduced to me just doing the adult probation program. I was only sentenced to a 2 year span of probation also, which is the minimum considering the circumstances of my unique case. Mr. Johns got the states attorney to agree with TASC probation as well, which well help me expunge the felony off my record at a sooner date . I appreciate all of Mr. Johns help and will continue to go to him in the future for any legal help, or any legal advice. He's a very wise guy and knows what he is doing. I got arrested with a misdemeanor with possession of cannabis in the County of Dupage.
