My litigation experience has been varied and extensive. I ran hundreds of criminal, traffic, bond, domestic violence, felony preliminary hearing and jury court calls and have tried numerous cases.
My ten years as a prosecutor gleaned me a vast treasury of experience in: Trying cases; negotiating pleas; arguing motions; obtaining/preparing discovery and witnesses (lay and expert); research; interrogating suspects, taking written statements, criminal charging, developing/maintaining positive relationships with law enforcement agencies.
My duties as a prosecutor also included community outreach and training. I have also instructed at the Evanston Citizens’ Police Academy.
