Timothy Joseph Patrick Johns

Mr. Johns is incredibly knowledgeable of the law, which any good lawyer should be. The thing that sets Tim apart from other attorneys is the relationships he has built within the court system. It's evident just by walking through the courthouse with Tim that he is well known and well respected by his... peers. He's a no BS kind of lawyer and I appreciated that very much. He tells you what to expect, and he delivers. It bothers me to think there are people out there who will promise you the world, collect their pay, and not deliver on those promises. Tim was able to get my charges reduced, which is obviously great - not having these particular charges on my record is incredible. It was more than I expected considering my arresting officer did all he could to make me sound as if I were guilty as could be. Perhaps the most impressive part of Tim's services occurred when I was set to leave the country for vacation but was unable to because of my probation - Tim was in court with me the day after I informed him and I left with a court order giving me permission to travel. Tim knows the system, he knows the people within the system, and he knows how to work it.

Mr. Johns was referred to us by an acquaintance that had used him years prior...the first time I called him and left a message he called me back within a few hours (while he was on vacation) just to discuss the issue. From that moment on he continued to be responsive to my calls, he always answered a...ll of my questions thoroughly (and I had alot) and always made sure that I was comfortable with the answers. He guided us through this whole process, taking his time to explain every step, what to expect , what to do and how to prepare. While he was working our case, he made sure you knew he was all there for you, despite his busy schedule, we always felt like we were the only clients he had. This was such a scary place for us to be, but his demeanor and knowledge assured us that we were in good hands. Not only did he do an excellent job with my daughters case, but he really showed his compassion for what he does. He spoke to my daughter at great lengths, he supported her and was very encouraging to her-letting her know that this mistake would be ok with hard work and serious changes, we would get through this...and we did. Even after this ordeal was done, he has continued to help me with questions that I have, being just as responsive and calling me back making sure my questions are answered and helping me, what an outstanding man! We cannot say enough good things about Mr. Johns, he was a lifesaver. Honest, dependable and , compassionate!
