I was looking at doing 6 months in county jail (COOK) My original lawyer told me that he can get me day for day and do 3 months. I switched Attorney's, and paid 500 fine instead, I was able to keep my job and most importantly take care of my father who is sick and needs daily care. I would recomm...end Frank 100%, I've actually sent 4 clients to him since my case was over. :) :) :)

Frank is probably the best attorney I have seen at work. He knows what he is doing and he does not waste your time. His prices are more than affordable. I always get a reminder from him the day before I have to go to court. I had a case involving an officer so the penalties are more strict when it co...mes to fighting a worker of the system. He got my case dropped. Another attorney I had worked with in the past would have charged me five times the price for taking the same case. If you have a case in the Chicago suburbs, don't hire anyone but Frank.

The only mistake I made was not hiring Frank from the beginning of my legal problems. Frank is very knowledgeable in all areas of law, but more importantly, very well connected within the Skokie court system. If your case is involved in Skokie, you will not find a better lawyer to help navigate throu...gh it. I had a DUI in April this year and used a family friend lawyer, and did not have a good experience at all. Communication was poor, he didn't do what we had discussed, and as a result, I was confused about the what my final judgement was. Because of this, I was arrested for driving on a suspended license a mere week after my DUI probation became official, I also had a small amount of marijuana on me. To put it short, I was in very big trouble. Frank negotiated a very good deal with the prosecutors, and with the fact that I had no prior history, was able to avoid me from doing any jail time. I should have spent time in jail based on my offenses. So, hopefully you can understand how effective Frank worked on my behalf. I cannot recommend a lawyer for a case in Skokie any more strongly.

Frank DiFranco and his Associates Larry Lykowski and Jeff Wilson are great lawyers. If you ever get pulled over for a DUI, never blow, no matter what anyone says, Frank will tell you that himself. Even Chicago Cops (who are the best), Illinois State Troopers and Crook County Sheriffs told me that dir...ectly.Don't even ever do the field sobriety tests either, just go to jail for that night and keep your mouth shut. However, I defintely applaud those good, honest cops that pull over Drunk Drivers that have no regard for other people and need to be put in custody because they can seriously hurt or kill other motorists on the road that speed and swerve and have no regard for human life. If you have court at the Skokie Courthouse next to the Lifetime Sports and near the Old Orchard Mall area, then you have more than a puncher's chance if you have Frank DiFranco as your lawyer and you didn't blow. Either way Frank DiFranco consistently delivers results, and that's why I trust him and will always go to him if I'm ever in a jam, or need his advice or insight in anything.
