When I’m at Lesley, I knew right away. This is person for me. She just tells it like it is. NO BS here’s the deal…. Either I’m wasting my time or you need to go for this because it is a game changer and she was right. I created something. It is perfect for the sign of the Times. We did a search for something came up we had a laugh and we move forward. I can’t wait to use her again.

Lesley Wallerstein
Lesley is skilled with language and she knows her way around patent law. To date I have filed several patents under her guidance. Ms. Wallerstein is not the first patent attorney I have worked with and I have been retaining her to help with my IP for several years. Strongly recommended.

When you need to make sure your patent is properly submitted...
What can I say about Lesley that I'm sure hasn't been said before. She is very precise with her work, quick, clear and easy to understand, makes sure she get's all of the information before just submitting a patent, and after working with her I had absolutely no concerns about the status of my patent. Trademark
I interviewed several IP attorneys before I hired Lesley. One of them was emphatic that it would be very difficult to get a registered trademark for my brand. Lesley helped us obtain the trademark and I didn't expect that the process would be so 'easy-breezy'. Lesley is a master at her trade.

Great experience getting my trademark!
I needed a trademark for my company. Lesley made the process so easy. She kept me informed thru each step. Here emails were detailed but not overwhelming. This was key for me, with all the emails I receive on a daily basis, I wanted someone who could get the process done. I found her to be trustworthy, and when dealing with trademarks, patents etc, this is essential!
