Lesley Wallerstein
Lesley is skilled with language and she knows her way around patent law. To date I have filed several patents under her guidance. Ms. Wallerstein is not the first patent attorney I have worked with and I have been retaining her to help with my IP for several years. Strongly recommended.

Great experience getting my trademark!
I needed a trademark for my company. Lesley made the process so easy. She kept me informed thru each step. Here emails were detailed but not overwhelming. This was key for me, with all the emails I receive on a daily basis, I wanted someone who could get the process done. I found her to be trustworth...
"I’m an immigration and business attorney. I have colleagues who are always inventing things. Some of the products they created seemed really unique, and I recommended that we try to legally protect them. While I write well, I wanted to hire a patent attorney to help navigate the process. Lesley has helped us with filing a total of eight patent applications over the last 5 years: provisional, non-provisional, utility and design. The first one is due to issue next week. I continue to hire Lesley because I completely trust her. Not only is she highly skilled, she is so easy to work with. She clearly believes in both the person and the product. Lesley always returns my calls and is available to meet with me on short notice. When the Patent Office has a question, Lesley explains it in a very user-friendly and reassuring way. These are more than just cases to Lesley; she is our voice and has our best interests at heart. I highly recommend her."
"Lesley is extremely competent, very attention to detail oriented, and overall compassionate advocate. Her vast background in science and engineering gives her a strong platform for her work in intellectual property law."
"Lesley is highly endorsed. Her background in science and technology and her experience on the other side of the table makes her a perfect partner for Patent issues. Her artistic, creative side makes her compassionate in copyright situations. Her small-business toughness makes her fight for trademark protection. She is a formidable foe. She gives all the service and intellectual ability of any "Loop lawyer" but the personal attention of your neighborhood friend. If looking for a IP powerhouse on the North Shore, look no further. Lesley is your lawyer."
"Lesley is extremely knowledgeable in her field of law. I have no hesitation in endorsing her or referring her clients who need patent related services."
"Lesley is a knowledgeable and detailed attorney. She has many years of experience and is able to articulate complex subject matters in a manner that others can understand. I would highly recommend Lesley."
"Lesley is a very knowledgeable and creative attorney. She has helped a number of clients to protect assets. Lesley is an excellent speaker on intellectual property topics."
"I have personally worked with Lesley and can state that she is an utmost professional and highly ethical attorney. She is able to incorporate her in depth knowledge of Intellectual Property to provide her clients with the most favorable outcomes. I highly recommend her for your Intellectual Property matters!"
