In both cases I was lead counsel at the administrative level, the Appeal to the Circuit Court of Cook County and the Illinois Appellate Court. There were many issues in this case including, but not limited to intentional spoliation of evidence, self testing of illegal drugs and its physiological effects in the human body by an officer and expert witness of SmithKline Beecham Clinical Laboratories (the lab used by the Police Department of the City of Chicago) and violation of officer James Bagnola's constitutional rights
