Evan Elliott Randall

Evan treated me with respect and kindness from the get go. I had a warrant out for my arrest because of a missed court date and overdue court fees on a traffic matter. I had a lot going on in my life and I was moving a lot and in the midst of all that I completely just forgot about my "silly traffic ...matter" (which really wasn't so silly but at the time I just didn't care.) Fast forward 2 years and life is still madness and I am living in Wisconsin and by random chance- I realize that they'd issued this warrant when I didn't go to court. "WHAT?!!? For THAT kind of ticket?" I thought. I knew I had no valid driver's license but I didn't know how bad I'd let things get by ignoring the issue. So I'm freaking out, scrolling around on Avvo and other law sites trying to figure out what I should do to get this taken care of without going to jail. And from 90 miles away! Evan answered a question I posted on here and he answered with facts and actual information. I knew I had to pick his brain and so after playing message tag and phone tag for several days (or was it weeks? It did feel like forever) because I was too nervous to get the answers I needed because I thought it was going to confirm my fears of being in a really bad situation that I maybe can't get out of right now because of personal hurdles and uncertainty in what to do going forward because I didn't think I'd ever be able to or even need to hire an attorney for this matter. Within minutes talking on the phone I knew I was going to figure out a way to hire him because he was just so knowledgeable and he had already looked into my specific case for me already and had ideSd and a game plan before I even needed to ask "how can we do this?". And I have to say that I just wish I had gotten in touch with him sooner without the fears of the big bad court and the scary law stuff because really it wasn't that bad and it turns out hiring someone for traffic stuff doesn't have to cost you your life savings. He worked with me so that the financial part didn't have to be my biggest worry, he was very reasonable and not pushy about that aspect at all. The best part? He went to court for me so I didn't have to do a darn thing except pay what I owed the court, and go on with my daily routines while he worked on my behalf and truly made me feel like he HAD this! and he was going to make all of it disappear. It took Mr Randal only one hearing in front of the judge and I got the best birthday present ever of an email from him when i received an email from him basically saying.. all's good, you have nothing left to do or worry about! He got my warrant vacated and on top of that the case completely closed with no further debts to the case at all. Done and done! And I was officially able to reinstate my license both in IL and WI and I owe it all to this attorney. I usually don't like to work with lawyers as I've had some bad experiences in the past and always feel like I'm being judged which is just not how I should feel working with someone who is supposed to represent ME and fight for ME! He did it though and I could fill this whole box to maximum character capacity bragging on his behalf but I think I'll stop and leave you with this- don't be afraid to contact Evan. He is kind and humble and efficient. He works hard to meet the needs specific to you and your case. Like the title says, I give 10+ stars but Avvo only allows 5. Thank you again for doing the work to get me my freedom back. I love driving and it was always my stress relief until I lost my privileges. He saved my sanity and all it was was a piece of cake for him, at least that's how he made me feel, he eased my mind which doesn't happen often lol. Thank you thank you thank you! Although I plan to stay outta trouble, especially in IL, who knows what the future holds and I will definitely consult this guy before any other attorney, if I need to, no doubt about it. Evan is THE. BEST. :-)
