Biography
Brian J. Cohan has been in the practice of law since 1981. He has extensive experience in the fields of estate planning, litigation, contracts, commercial real estate, and intellectual property. Brian has on average provided over 100 hours a year to pro bono causes, and has been extemely active in the local community in a variety of capacities. He has organized the Housing and Shelter Project, been a volunteer pro bono attorney for LifeSpan, and has run his own pro bono law clinic for the less fortunate since 1983. He also specializes in not for profit corporations and has gifted his services to more than 50 churches and other charitable instiutions.
