We provide effective legal services addressing the important concerns of our clients
We help clients navigate the sometimes confusing world of estate planning, helping them avoid paying unnecessary taxes so that more assets pass efficiently to enrich the lives of their loved ones or supporting their favorite causes. We design our plans to be enforceable and clear, with a goal of minimizing one’s heirs from fighting over our client’s legacies.
We also support a number of business clients in a variety of ways. We work to accomplish their goals with a minimum of overall risk, expense, confusion and delay.
We have helped our clients buy, sell and maintain their businesses and professional practices. We’ve negotiated disputes in creative, effective and often mutually beneficial ways. We have helped clients with their employment related contracts and non-compete agreements.
Bob has 34 years of legal and personal experience as a lawyer, most of which in estate planning and business law own practice, but also in trial law in past years.
