Jeannette C. Zissis’ long standing law practice spans all areas of family law, including divorce (dissolution of marriage); allocation of parental responsibilities and parenting time (formerly custody and visitation); financial matters including child support and spousal support (now called maintenance); division of property and debts; parentage (paternity); negotiation and preparation of settlement agreements; as well as negotiation and preparation of pre-marital and post-marital agreements.
