I highly recommend Ray Massucci. Ray gave me reasonable expectations for settlement and frank assessments on what the likely outcome would be on several different issues before the court. One issue that was most important to me was for my children to live with me as the primary residential parent and Ray was able to secure that for me. Divorce is a nasty and expensive process. Have reasonable expectations and try to settle all matters as quickly as possible otherwise you will waste a vast sum of money and both parties will lose in the end. There is no winner in a divorce.
From my first meeting with Ray, he objectively listened to my goals, set out a course of action and followed it. Throughout a painful process, he kept me to task, never was confrontational, was available at all times even when on vacation out of state and never lost sight of my original goals. He knows the laws very well and if outside help was warranted regarding such facets as accounting, real estate, etc, he promptly elicited the proper professional opinions we needed.
Ray was respectful of me, my children and, when appropriate, my ex-wife, even when the environment became hostile. His calm manner and very professional and factual style turned hostility into a task that needed to be done in a prudent fashion. Ray was highly recommended to me as a "shark" which made me hesitant to meet him, but what I discovered was a teddy bear with a shark skin (if that makes any sense)...
Ray's fees were VERY fair. There was no extended phone calls or posturing so he could make more money. He was always very conscientious about my money and we communicated only as needed. He has assistants who cost much less do only the data collecting and numbers crunching, etc and otherwise I had "The Man", himself to do all the necessary stuff.
In summary, Ray knows how to assess the situation, listen to what's most important to you, set up a schedule that is doable, get the case done as quickly as possible and he WILL get a fair settlement for you. He is highly regarded and I hold him dearly in my heart as a man who never asked me to compromise myself as a man, father, or friend through this process and I came out of it, not only whole and sane, but a much better human being. Thanks Ray!!!
