Very satisfied with the out come of my court case. Matt effectively had my charges reduced with minimal fines imposed and most importantly no jail time. I'm from out of state and was allowed to return home based on his efforts at my first court date which had originally been set for October, my accid...ent happened in early August, but due to my circumstances was moved by Matt to the third week in August so I could leave ASAP. Anyone who has to retain a lawyer for whatever reason, or is a first timer like I was, knows how stressful it can be but he really made this as painless as possible and over with in a timely manner. I was charged with a very serious felony in Ravalli County, Montana in 2007. I have a minor criminal history and the two other lawyers I interviewed told me I would definitely be going to prison.
