Zunick was previously represented by other private counsel. The judge did not follow plea agreement and other counsel did not advise him that he did not have to move forward with his sentencing. Zunick ... was given excessive sentence. Zunick hired Stevenson. Stevenson moved to withdraw his guilty plea after sentence was imposed. District Court Judge denied motion to withdraw his plea. Stevenson appealed to Montana Supreme Court who ruled in Zunick's favor. The case is set for resentencing.
