Highly Competent Attorney

Colin answered my call right away. I could tell he cared based upon the way he listened, digested the information and then responded with truth to his answers. His knowledge was great and he also never made any false promises, however did express concern and care for accomplishing my needs as the en...d goal. He was always available for a phone call or text even during a busy work day for him. I would highly recommend Colin for anyone needing to retain an attorney.

Outstanding, Empathetic, Honest, Hardworking!

I was originally assigned a public defender who wanted to plea me out and not put any effort towards my case. I met with Mr. Delli Bovi to go over my case. He was patient and actually took the time to listen to what I had to say. He went above and beyond to help me and my family. It was a no-brainer ...to hire Mr. Delli Bovi as my attorney. Throughout the case, he did a fantastic job communicating with me step by step so I was never in the dark. He was thorough on following up leads in my defense. Criminal Defense public Defender

Up against the great machine of criminal prosecution and appointed by the state of Montana as a public defender on my behalf, Colin Delli Bovi was exceptionally knowledgeable of the criminal charges against me and was very forthcoming about the process of defense in my case. He carefully listened to ...the account I gave of the incident and the accounts of other involved and gave me a clear picture of what exactly constitutes PFMA in Montana, reasonable defense methods, and a clear cut routes to the end of my case. He kept me posted on dates, plea offers, and the likely outcomes of my case ,projecting confidence in his skills without arrogance or any doubts to me that he would defend me as I saw fit. That said, he understands that public defense is more of a negotiation of some kind of guilt in return for lesser charges and that the money to defend me was severely deficient as compared to his counterpart the county attorney's office of the Montana State capital. We fortunately had the charges dismissed after we had already negotiated a deal for the lesser charge of disorderly conduct. I applaud Colin as he never once said take a deal he said look this is how it usually goes and what do you want to do. I reluctantly agreed to a plea which I chose and he was prepared for the agreed deal as planned and fortunately they decided it wasn't worth the money to pursue and dropped all the charges and dismissed my case on the day of a plea deal . Colin was always prepared to defend me and I appreciate that although I couldn't pay him he appreciates the law and is willing to do everything he can for someone who can't afford to fight the policing for profit of today's county attorney's office as if he was paid a hefty retainer. I would like to thank him again and would recommend him to anyone who helplessly faces charges and say he will defend you as if you paid not treat you like your helpless to fight it. He was very professional and personable making him the best out there. Don't take my word for it, use him cause he's going to show anyone he defends the difference between council and defense attorney. He will be the first lawyer I'd call in any case I may face. He was a public defender in every aspect one could exspect . He will be around helping those who are not sure if they can help themselves for a long time to come I suspect. Great job Colin you sold me a retainer for life. I really appreciate you for helping me through a difficult personal situation as if you were a good friend or family member.
