Rebekkah cared. She asked me what my goal was and advised me of the law. When something I wanted to do, like move out of state with my girlfriend, she advised me the legal ramifications and risks of doing so. Ultimately, with great advice and patience I got my end goal. The custody and divorce proces...s is expensive, so I spent a lot of money. However, Rebekkah was reasonable and balanced my goals with cost consciousness. She is no longer practicing, which is disappointing, but has given me a handful of referrals she trusts. If she comes back in the game, I would no doubt hire her again.

I hired Rebekkah for my divorce that I thought would go smoothly but with her advice it turned very bad, very quick and lasted for two years. She had me make decisions based off of emotions not based off of the law which caused the divorce to become very difficult. She cost me more money in the 6 mon...ths I had her as my attorney than it cost me to hire some one way better that represented me for 18 months and got me everything I wanted. When asked for money back due to her poor representation and not following the law they said they would take the interest off of my bill, which was about $1.50, because everyone needed to get paid. I was also told by other attorneys that she had made just as bad mistakes on other cases. If your cases is simple and cut & dry than I'm sure she would be fine. If you have a difficult divorce & custody DO NOT HIRE REBEKKAH.

I give this attorney and the law firm 10+ for responding to phone calls and emails, reasonable fees, educated and experienced staff, good work ethic, helpful, empathetic and produced some excellent briefs that won the case. I flew in from California and Rebekkah met me at the Courthouse and her arguments before the Judge, cross-examination of witnesses and experience with Conservatorship law resulted in a positive outcome. I hired and conducted business over the phone with these lawyers from California and asked if they could litigate a Conservatorship case in a town 3-hours away from their home office. I had read previous clients positive comments and reviews and after interviewing them over the phone I decided to hire Harris Law & Trust.
