Jon Jay Cline

I went through a very difficult divorce that also involved the well-being and custody of three young kids. It was an extremely scary proposition to be facing when it all began but JJ kept things in perspective and his team kept me will informed on how the process would work as well as answered any an...d all questions i had. I'm a dad that ended up getting full custody of my kids which isn't likely the most common outcome in these situations. I am very thankful for everything JJ and his team did for my kids and I. I would recommend and have referred clients/friends of mine to him and will continue to do so going forward.

I hired Mr. Cline for my divorce. He made me feel like he was going to fight for my needs until he got his retainer. There was an individual who wrote a review and gave Mr. Cline two stars. I experienced the same thing. I had issues and I sent emails addressing those issues. Mr. Cline failed to resp...ond and address my concerns. He was more worried about going on vacation. Mr. Cline failed to work for me, rather he spent more time representing my ex and arguing with me on why we should do what my ex wanted and how need to go that route. Now that we have gone that route, I am unable to see my child because of the extremely high cost of travel. If you want someone to take your money and use it for his vacation, then I would hire Mr. Cline, if you want to be represented I would recommend looking elsewhere. I regret hiring Mr. Cline and I hope no one has to deal with what I had to and not to mention waste a bunch of money.

I found Mr. Cline and his staff to be expedited in their response in scheduling a consultation, during which I found Jon to be very competent and approachable. His knowledge and previous practice in family law was most useful in addressing the issues and matters at hand-with both case specific detail...s and the administrative process throughout the preparation and attendance to the hearing. Mr. Cline and his staff were prompt in responding to questions and completing necessary tasks. Most importantly, Mr. Cline was very comforting and reassuring, confident in his practice as I found it to be solidified in fact and law and ethically sound. Absolutely would I trust the most important legal concerns in my life with the staff at Cline-Jensen.

My ex-husband and I came to J.J. Cline to dissolve our marriage. We had an initial meeting with him where he informed us of our options. My ex-husband decided not to be represented by counsel and J.J. clearly informed him of his rights to an attorney of his own choosing. I was provide a questionnai...re and was informed of the information that would need to be provided in order to complete the necessary documents. After, providing the office with the information they requested I was told I would receive a draft shortly thereafter. Approximately a week passed and I was provide a draft of our documents. My ex-husband and I each had an opportunity to review the documents. We both were satisfied with the draft we received. We then scheduled an appointment to sign the documents. At our appointment J.J. read the documents to us and explained each of them to us thoroughly. J.J. was very welcoming and made a difficult situation comfortable. I have recommended others to J.J. Cline in the past and I will continue to recommend others in the future. I am very appreciate of how he took the initiative to understand our unique situation and assist us through the process.
