Brandon Scott Erickson

Brandon Erickson is the founder of a modern, multistate virtual law practice focused on delivering accessible, practical, and client-centered legal services. He built his practice to give clients clear guidance, direct communication, and an efficient way to address serious legal matters without unnecessary barriers.

Through his virtual practice model, Brandon serves clients across multiple jurisdictions with an emphasis on responsiveness, preparation, and practical problem-solving. He believes legal representation should be both professional and approachable, and that clients should feel informed and supported at every stage of their matter.

In Minnesota, Brandon currently handles all private criminal matters through the Law Offices of Ken L. Wilson, P.A. Minnesota criminal clients are therefore represented through that office while Brandon continues to grow his broader multistate practice.

Brandon also serves as a part-time Assistant Public Defender in Minnesota’s Seventh Judicial District. That public-service experience has given him substantial courtroom experience and practical insight into Minnesota criminal practice.
