Here is my story, Consulted this guy for eb2 niw. He believed I have good case. Signed retainer with this firm in June 2024.. Submitted all the documents and case narratives. Was following up with his team on a regular basis. August 8th received an update saying indexing of my case information has ...been completed, and will start reviewing the case. 1st week in September get an update saying their firm received a lot of Rfes and are working on it. September 18, when asked for any update or need me to work on gathering any further information, was told they are working on drafting my recommendation letters. October 15th, all of a sudden Webber emails me saying they had an unexpected changes in law practice and cannot proceed with the case!! That's it. Your 5 valuable months have been successfully wasted!! No explanation and no apologies. Now you decide if you want to do the same mistake I did.
