Incredibly helpful during an incredibly painful time in life

Kimberly has a gift for helping couples respectfully go through the divorce process. During this painful chapter in my life she was able to help facilitate a fair dissolution to our marriage and lay the foundation for respectfully co-parenting and minimizing the impact to our child. I cannot recommen...d her highly enough.

Glad to have Kimberly assist me through the divorce

Kimberly was friendly and helpful in all phases of my divorce. Although it was not a contested situation, she was able to help me make good decisions. Thank you Kimberly.

Excellent collaborative-law divorce help

Kimberly Miller represented me in my divorce in late 2019. Kimberly is well experienced in the collaborative law model for less antagonistic divorce proceedings. In our initial meeting, she listened well and understood the nuances of my financial, family, and emotional situation. She was very comfort...able with her collaborative law colleague whom my ex-spouse had chosen for representation. I was impressed throughout my relatively short time with Kimberly with her ability to roll with the changes and to assess my varying needs as negotiations proceeded. She was very responsive to my requests. She thoroughly knew the law and how it protected me in the context of divorce in this state (Minnesota). And she skillfully managed our in-person negotiations when the final financial details (splitting equity of house) needed to be agreed upon. I trusted her implicitly throughout, and she worked most efficiently and expediently to bring the divorce to a close.

This is the person to choose.

I am a woman who likes facts and knowledge up front. Divorce is an emotional time for anyone, and a person who takes charge with confidence and logic is exactly who I was looking for. My ex husband and I are lucky enough to be on amicable terms. This probably isn't something a divorce attorney sees o...ften. Kim, (who is representing both of us, but legally me), took me aside to make sure our arrangement was agreed upon. I got the feeling that she was giving me the opportunity to discuss problems that woman may hide. There are many reasons I would recommend her. But, if you're looking for a special type of person who can be strong willed and compassionate, you found her.
