Paid him $2500 to handle a simple case. He told me he scheduled a court date, I called the courthouse to find out what time court was and they said there was no court set. No malpractice insurance!!!!
Resnik did a worse job than I could have myself in my divorce. I then filed and won a malpractice suit against him. He would not pay me, the filed chapter 7 bankruptcy. He has more than one malpractice suit!!! HIRE SOMEONE ELSE I had to give a star, despite the fact he doesn't desrve it!
