Ronald Resnik

Paid him $2500 to handle a simple case. He told me he scheduled a court date, I called the courthouse to find out what time court was and they said there was no court set. When I confronted Ronald about this he said of course he set a date. Then the day of court Ronald didn't show up to court and the...re was no court set. I asked for my $2500 since he lied to me. Now he blocked my emails and phone calls since I asked for my money back.

He represented me in a child support matter that left me worse off then when I started. He quoted me a flat fee and then demanded more money right at the court date leaving me feeling extorted. He did nothing in the courtroom at all but look frustrated and was sarcastic to the judge. I did get a judg...ement against him with the lawyers responsibility board.
