Ronald Resnik

Paid him $2500 to handle a simple case. He told me he scheduled a court date, I called the courthouse to find out what time court was and they said there was no court set. When I confronted Ronald about this he said of course he set a date. Then the day of court Ronald didn't show up to court and the...re was no court set. I asked for my $2500 since he lied to me. Now he blocked my emails and phone calls since I asked for my money back.

Mr. Resnik not only did nothing for the money paid to retain him he then requested more money to do the job he was hired for. When asked to bring up in court items I believe would reunite me with my child he did nothing. After when requesting a refund he then jumped on my girlfriends side with no r...egard to the conflict of interest. He is a coward, sneaky and underhanded. He should be thankful he is at the end of his career because I will not rest until the bar association revokes his ability to practice law or pretend to.
