Estate planning & trust

Rory is thoughtful, thorough, and efficient in his work. His ability to simply and clearly explain the perspective benefits and challenges of the many estate planning options made choosing what was right for us a straight forward process. Being relatively young parents we have not had prior estate ...planning experience, and we appreciated Rory's patience and clarity in answering our many questions.

Rory S. Morse Review - Family Trust and Estate

Rory was a huge help for us. A recent and tragic family event prompted us to search out guidance and assistance regarding our estate and trust. Rory was prompt and thorough explaining "legalize" to us and putting our plans into action.

Multi State Property Trust

I have properties in 3 states and was overwhelmed by what I should do with regard to my estate plan. After interviewing 3 other attorney's Rory Morse stood out as the one to do the job. He patiently listened to my concerns and situation and in short order we drew up a Trust and the related documents ...that put everything in place. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend this firm.

FANTASTIC FIND

After losing a close relative to COVID-19 a probate issue surfaced which would have been very difficult to traverse without the appropriate knowledge and understanding of the relevant personal situation, greatly exacerbated by restrictive pandemic based logistical restraints. Rory took the time to fu...lly understand the family situation and was able to quickly and efficiently put the process into motion. Calls and emails were always returned quickly. I was impressed enough with his handling of the probate situation that I hired him to help update my personal estate planning as well. I have no reservations about recommending his services to both family and friends.

"Rory is a fantastic attorney. We met in law school, where he could -- and would -- patiently explain trusts and estates to our fellow classmates. The same patience (and firm grasp of the law) carries through to his law practice. You won't be disappointed with Rory, and he will represent you well. I highly endorse Rory!"
