Estate planning & trust
Rory is thoughtful, thorough, and efficient in his work. His ability to simply and clearly explain the perspective benefits and challenges of the many estate planning options made choosing what was right for us a straight forward process. Being relatively young parents we have not had prior estate planning experience, and we appreciated Rory's patience and clarity in answering our many questions.

FANTASTIC FIND
After losing a close relative to COVID-19 a probate issue surfaced which would have been very difficult to traverse without the appropriate knowledge and understanding of the relevant personal situation, greatly exacerbated by restrictive pandemic based logistical restraints. Rory took the time to fully understand the family situation and was able to quickly and efficiently put the process into motion. Calls and emails were always returned quickly. I was impressed enough with his handling of the probate situation that I hired him to help update my personal estate planning as well. I have no reservations about recommending his services to both family and friends.

You couldn't find a better estate attorney!
Mr. Morse represented me with the administration of my late brother's trust. Mr. Morse has the uncanny ability to be the consummate professional and at the same time be warm, understanding, patient, and compassionate. He went above and beyond many times to help me and answer all of my incessant questions. He was totally approachable and available whenever I needed him. Throughout the entire time of his representation, he always made me feel appreciated as a client. My husband and I will definitely be hiring Mr. Morse to do our trust and I am honored to enthusiastically recommend him.

Administering two complicated trusts
After meeting and consulting with Rory Morse, I hired Rory to help me administer the trust when the trustor died and I became the trustee. Rory's expertise in estate law, his competence and responsiveness, his calmness and compassion made him an excellent guide and partner to navigate the complex steps of administering a trust and communicating with beneficiaries. Rory's legal assistant shares the same responsiveness and commitment to excellent work. In my case there were two trusts, eleven beneficiaries, and the need for very good legal and financial direction. With Rory's help, we are fulfilling the requirements of the trusts in record time and look forward to completing the administration of the trusts in the near future.

Calm, competent, responsive
Rory handled our family trust after the death of our father. Under his guidance, the process was efficient and moved forward smoothly. I never felt he was adding complexity. Simple questions were answered directly by email, his staff was well-coordinated so it was easy to get documents signed and delivered. He streamlined and facilitated an inherently unpleasant process. Everything worked out exactly as Dad would have wanted.

"Rory is a fantastic attorney. We met in law school, where he could -- and would -- patiently explain trusts and estates to our fellow classmates. The same patience (and firm grasp of the law) carries through to his law practice. You won't be disappointed with Rory, and he will represent you well. I highly endorse Rory!"
